Do I have to be a member to submit posters, abstracts and journals?


Yes, you need to have an active My LMM account in order to submit your posters, abstracts and journal articles. Visit here to create your My LMM account.




Is LMM sign up free?


Yes. LMM sign up is free to all users. Become a registered member to:

  • receive our monthly e-newsletter,
  • access members-only content,
  • first-hand new reports alert,
  • journal updates,
  • upcoming events updates.




What is the difference between signing up and membership?


Sign up for free to become a member of the LLM community. LMM Membership tiers varies. The different membership levels increases your access to our resources.

Members

Can I move between membership categories?


Yes, you can switch between categories in order to increase your access to our resources.

Can members book events in advance?


Yes, but this applies to only Gold or Platinum Associate badge members, who can book events in advance, even of dates being published. Send us an email at conferences@lmm.ac.uk and you will be put on the advance list. This ensures you always have a space. If you are not a Gold or Platinum Associate badge member, you can upgrade your membership.




Badge did not update after my membership upgrade


Badge verification generally takes less than 2 hours to be completed. Don't worry, you can still enjoy your new Membership Tier upgrade while we complete the badge verification process. Contact us at support@lmm.org.uk if your membership badge is not appearing on your My LMM account.

Events

Can members book events in advance?


Yes, but this applies to only Gold or Platinum Associate badge members, who can book events in advance, even of dates being published. Send us an email at conferences@lmm.ac.uk and you will be put on the advance list. This ensures you always have a space. If you are not a Gold or Platinum Associate badge member, you can upgrade your membership.




How do I use my discount code?


Visit the event registration page. On the checkout section enter the discount code you recieved from LMM.




How to stream past events


You can stream and view passed events in two ways: Archive Learning All passed events are available for archive learning for a duration of time. Archive learning is accessible to delegates that attended such events. They can access the materials via their My LMM account. You can only access these materials by creating and logged in to your My LMM account. Delegates who did not attend the event may also get a one All Event Pass to gain access. LMM Stream On-Demand All passed events are available for unlimited streaming on-demand.




How to access virtual events.


When the event is a virtual event, delegates should log in to the event portal with the names on their tickets for varification purposes. Failure to do this might lead to delegate non admission. Also, delegates are advised to arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before the events.





CPD Points

My CPD points are not displaying in my account


CPD Points are only visible to all LMM members on a paid membership plan. Digital CPD Points displaying on your account are not downloadable. All CPD certificates will be sent to you electronically after each event. Contact support@lmm.org.uk if you have a paid membership plan and your CPD points are not displaying, yet to be updated in your account or you have not recieved your certificate.
