When the event is a virtual event, delegates should log in to the event portal with the names on their tickets for varification purposes. Failure to do this might lead to delegate non admission. Also, delegates are advised to arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before the events.

You can stream and view passed events in two ways: Archive Learning All passed events are available for archive learning (undefined)for a duration of time. Archive learning is accessible to delegates that attended such events. They can access the materials via their My LMM account. You can only access these materials by creating and logged in to your My LMM account. Delegates who did not attend the event may also get a one All Event Pass to gain access. LMM Stream On-Demand All passed events are available for unlimited streaming on-demand.(javascript:void(0))

CPD Points are only visible to all LMM members on a paid membership plan. Digital CPD Points displaying on your account are not downloadable. All CPD certificates will be sent to you electronically after each event. Contact support@lmm.org.uk if you have a paid membership plan and your CPD points are not displaying, yet to be updated in your account or you have not recieved your certificate.
